Nutritional information

The Sharoni is a delicious exotic fruit, in Frutas Charito we have it in bulk format. The piece has approximately a weight of between 0.200 Kg and 0.250 Kg. It is a fruit in expansion, which is beginning to become fashionable in haute cuisine, given its gastronomic qualities: obviously sweet, delicate, consistent and not rough pulp, peels easily, and can also be consumed fresh.

When it reaches an accentuated point of maturation, it becomes obviously tender, to the point of being consumed with a spoon. If it is green, leave it in a paper bag at room temperature until it matures. It can be kept in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
